La Junta Directiva de FONDEMI es el órgano encargado de orientar las políticas estratégicas, supervisar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y velar por el fortalecimiento institucional. Sus integrantes son elegidos por la Asamblea General y representan los intereses de todos los asociados.
